Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Items marked as Final Sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

with your order details - Our support team will review and provide return instructions
- Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided address
- Once received and inspected, we will process your request
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- MUNDRI is not responsible for lost or damaged returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
